Typical Session

Mind-Body Therapy
The mind-body connection is generally accepted today and there is little doubt that it significantly influences health. There are practical and easy ways to include mind-body work (if desired) in a cranial sacral (craniosacral) session to help problems that are unresponsive to other methods.

Somato Emotional (Somatoemotional) Release
Many unresolved, long term symptoms have an essential link with the mind that may not be apparent. For interested clients, cranial sacral therapy combined with somato emotional (somatoemotional) release can be an effective and gentle way to work with conditions that have this mind-body link.
